Revo's new multi-technology warehouse
Fourteen metres high and over 5,000 load units: Revo has completed its new semi-automated warehouse. A project born to expand storage space significantly, and designed to do a great deal more. Multi-depth tunnels and satellite shuttles The system is built around multi-depth tunnels, managed entirely by robotic satellites and by semi-automated trilateral forklifts. A configuration that makes use of the building's full height without giving up quick access to goods. More capacity, more flexible flows The work has not only increased storage capacity. It has made handling flows more flexible and the loading and unloading of load units faster, with a direct benefit on response times to customers. Technology and people, in dialogue with the management system Forklifts, shuttles and operators work in synergy, and the whole operation integrates smoothly with the functions of the internal management system: every movement is tracked, every position is known in real time. A tailor-made warehouse, built around the company's own requirements.

Workplace safety takes the stage: Revo participates in "Ocjo alla Sicurezza"
Workplace safety is not just a regulatory obligation: it is a shared responsibility that starts, first and foremost, with awareness and emotions. In May, a delegation from Revo attended the "Ocjo alla Sicurezza" event at the Palatenda in Isola della Scala (VR). An event that deliberately chose theater as a tool for raising awareness, moving beyond mere theoretical knowledge to directly touch the emotional sphere. The meeting unfolded through three highly impactful moments: - The impact of reality. The testimony of Flavio Frigè – who lost an arm and both legs in a severe workplace accident at just 17 years old – reminded everyone of the inestimable value of health and the vital importance of prevention. - The law comes to life. Bruzio Bisignano delivered an engaging monologue on the Consolidated Act on Workplace Safety (D.Lgs. 81/2008), making regulations and technical updates accessible through a story capable of stirring consciences. - Irony that makes you think. Closing the event was the comic duo of the Trigeminus brothers. With a lighthearted approach, they brought everyday workplace dynamics to the stage, highlighting the correct practices to adopt and the behaviors to avoid. For Revo, participating in this initiative confirms the commitment we uphold every day towards our people. Because protecting health and safety is never just a matter of compliance: it is a choice of value.

Revo invests in the future: 1.3 MW photovoltaic system completed
Revo SpA takes another step forward in its journey towards energy and environmental sustainability. In February 2026, the installation of a 1.3 megawatt photovoltaic system was completed, covering over 13,000 square metres of the production facility. The goal is clear: to achieve a high level of energy self-sufficiency while significantly reducing the environmental footprint of production activities. The system, already operational, powers the production site with clean, renewable energy, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable management of resources.

Looking at the Future of Sustainability with REVOBIO
At Revo SpA, innovation in polymeric materials meets a concrete vision of sustainability. Our REVOBIO line is born from carefully selected renewable resources, with a traceable supply chain that does not interfere with the food chain and is free from genetically modified components. Beyond the choice of raw materials, we have conducted environmental impact analyses according to the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) methodology, compliant with ISO 14044 standard. This allows us to rigorously measure the environmental impact reduction of our bio-based TPU compared to fossil counterparts. Revo SpA Leads the Change: Supporting Inclusive Mobility in Verona with "PULMINOAMICO®"
We are proud to announce Revo SpA's participation in "PULMINOAMICO®", an important social initiative dedicated to improving mobility for people with reduced motor skills in our local community. Together with other socially conscious companies in the Verona area, we have chosen to invest in collective well-being by contributing to the purchase of a special vehicle. This vehicle, equipped with an electric lift for wheelchair accommodation, has been made available to the FEVOSS VERONA Association - Federation of Social and Health Voluntary Services. FEVOSS VERONA plays a crucial role in strengthening social bonds and promoting inclusion. Thanks to this new vehicle, they can provide even better support to the most vulnerable individuals – the elderly, the sick, and non-self-sufficient people – ensuring their access to medical appointments and essential care, a fundamental right often hindered by logistical barriers.
